You damn well better study it, especially you oblamerbots....my money better spent elsewhere, but as long as you're all excited thats all that counts lol
Are we just suppose to take your word for it? Your outrageous claims don't stand up to 30 seconds of scrutiny. Like the fact that the website belongs to ProgressNow, which is a 501(c)(4). Maybe if you took the time to come up with a more intelligent, and more believable, argument, people wouldn't so easily laugh at your every comment. Now, what I want to know is did you make up that claim yourself, or were you duped by some Tea Party Express chain e-mail or some far-right blog hosted by wordpress?
Well according to the CBO report last week. Administrative costs like the Heathcare.gov website and hiring IRS agents do not count against the ACA budget.
It's like it's a free website! It doesn't matter if they spent 500 million on the website! Heck it doesn't matter if they spend 10 billion on hiring IRS agents. It won't be counted as part of the "net costs" of the ACA. Gotta love government accounting.
Read their list of exclusions when calculating the costs. After all we really believe them when they say it only costs 35 billion to administer the ACA for 2014. Yet 20 billion is already being spent on medicaid expansion for 2014. So it's really only going to cost 15 billion for everything else this year?
I guess the Easter bunny does exist after all.
Read page 6 of PDF file from CBO for exclusions.
"These numbers exclude effects on the deficit of provisions of the Affordable Care Act that are not related to insurance coverage. They also exclude federal administrative costs subject to appropriation. (CBO has previously estimated that the Internal Revenue Service would need to spend between $5 billion and $10 billion over the 2010–2019 period to implement the Affordable Care Act and that the Department of Health and Human Services and other federal agencies would also need to spend $5 billion to $10 billion over that period.) In addition, the Affordable Care Act included explicit authorizations for spending on a variety of grant and other programs; that funding is also subject to future appropriation"

This may be true, but there is no website on earth that cost five-hundred-million dollars. The OP is full of it.
