That's the problem. Religious beliefs do not have to mesh with science but should not be taught as science either. I have my own religious beliefs but I don't try to push them at school. Religious beliefs are a matter of faith. They are not provable or even supportable with scientific fact and shouldn't have to be but they belong in Sunday school.

I am listinging to this story on the Young Turks podcast as I type this. It is Frickin Hilarius. They also brought up the point of why didn't God just create new animals since he's God. And how did the animals get to all the different continents like Australia. And how there were millions of species of animals. And how no one could never make a boat that big out of wood and couldn't until only about 100 years ago. You could basically go on forever. LMAO.

I honestly don't get those who argue either side of this. If you go with the idea of a global flood in the first place, you have already accepted "Goddidit" as reason for anything. Jumping from there to details like the size of the craft is just baffling to me.

Lol! I asked my mother this when I was little.
Instead of going through all that trouble with the giant and awkward boat, he could have just snapped his mighty fingers and made new ones.
She told me to be quiet and to stop asking questions.

Always remember...they're LOSING the battle; not winning

This country is getting less religious by the second. That's what scares them so much.

I wouldn't sweat it.

Only the fact dinosaurs and humans are separated by 65 million years of existence.

I just saw the movie, "Noah" and I bet the director could explain all of this to you. He seems to think it is all true and even took artistic license with the story.

Whatever, it's as good as any other story on how it all happened. God can work in any way He wants to.
