You know things are not so rosy when a Democrat from two of the bluest states (MA and HI) have many concerns about Obamacare.

Democrat Rep. Stephen Lynch on Obamacare: 'We will lose seats' this November - Washington Times

The Cadillac tax is still lurking out there (I wonder what big labor will do on that), as well as the insurance company bailouts.

I love how Obama and his buddies in the media have declared Obamacare is working. He obviously has no clue about staticstical analysis and sample size.

I think we need to give it more than a couple of months into implementation to see if it is truly "working".

Working would mean costs and premiums have fallen significantly without sacraficing quality of healthcare all the while getting 99% of the population insured.

So I do not really think we have any significant evidence that it is working.

The incumbent Democrat senators cannot run from the ACA, they all voted for it.

They cannot claim it's not the bill they voted for, because what they voted for was soooooooo horrible and destructive, that Obama is gutting, delaying, ignoring, amending and waiving entire sections of this law, and it's still highly destructive. What the dems in the house and senate voted for was much, much worse.

Well that depends. Is our definition of working different from Obama's? Obamacare might be working for the elite who want to gain control over everyone but not working for the average American.

Just like when Obama said "change the fundamentals of America" did anyone ever ask him what he really meant?

Nah, Obamacare is going to benefit us politically. Everyone loves it. It's working. Anyone who disagrees is a far right racist, sexist, homophobic uneducated idiot.

I sincerely hope that the GOP runs on repealing the ACA. They have nothing to replace it with, so basically they will be running on a platform that calls for taking health insurance away from millions of newly insured Americans and leaving them with nothing once again. That should be a winning stance.

I've got my popcorn ready, too.

Actually the GOP has come up with many ideas. Links have been posted on other threads and you have quoted those very posts and said the GOP has no ideas.

If they were more concerned about what is best for Americans rather than losing their seats, maybe there wouldn't be the constant threat of losing their seats. A catch 22 for them.

Well they can because I could then "keep my healthcare insurance" without being forced to pay for yours. I like that plan.

The dems know...or they would not be pusing for more delays...until after the election....

New O-Care delay to help midterm Dems | TheHill

And I don't think anyone is saying it has not helped people, but instead of screwing millions, (to help those few) why not focus on those that could not get insurance becuse of those few items....ya know, that 40,000,000 or what ever number it really is...that had no insurance...

And by the way...lets not forget what obama stated....

Quote:
"My plan begins by covering every American. If you already have health insurance, the only thing that will change for you under this plan is that the amount of money you will spend on premiums will be less," Obama said. "If you are one of 45 million Americans who don't have health insurance, you will after this plan becomes law."
Obama Unveils Universal Health Care Plan - CBS News

Hows that working for ya....
