Heck, poor old Jimmy Carter didn't get 55 American bodies dragged through the streets of Teheran or see Americans tried by an Iranian court for running a CIA station which advised SAVAK on effective torture techniques, he also kept the Panama Canal open and the whole place disolving into a insurgency requiring several hundred thousand US troops to supress., Carter also got Anwar Sadat (An Arab Socialist and killer or Israelis) and Menachem Begin (Former terrorist and killer of Arabs) to sign a Peace Treaty and one that still holds even though Egypt and Israel don't care for each other, and really ticked the Soviets off by spoiling their propaganda party and all that fawning media coverage that the Soviets would have enjoyed when we boycotted the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow. You may have also forgot that Jimmy told us the truth when he pointed out we should not use so much foreign oil or drive poorly engineered cars or to wear a sweater to keep warm. Carter's Presidency was the last in which Middle Class Americans actuaaly got real increases in Income or shared in the profits that hard work created that since 1981 has only gone to the richest 1 or 0.1% of all Americans. As old Archie Bunker said "we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again" I say we could use a man MAN like Jimmy Carter again. A man good enough to pass muster with one of the toughest men in the US Navy Hyman G. Rickover who didn't let any old swab train to run Nuclear propulsion systems or command one of his boats. Jimmy Carter's problem is AMERICANS CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH and prefer illusions and self denial rather than reality.

History isn't on your side. Obama is worse than Carter. Few saw that coming. They should have known, though, because Obama has neither executive experience nor any kind of esteemable political experience.

People could "trust Bush?"

Is that a joke? Sorry, but the moment the OP posted that, any credibility was shot.

Obama is yet another in a long-string of half-baked leaders, but a random guy off the street would do a better job than "Dubya." That clown messed up everything he touched.

Democrats have a new Obama bumper sticker. It shows Obama's profile and the words are "LIKE A BOSS."

People are mocking Obama by offering their own version of the bumper sticker slogan. Read below.

Deep down even they knew he wouldn't do well......and they were right. Now it's all about ego. They won't admit that he's a failure. There's too much crow to eat. Too much pride on the line. So they stay quiet.

The very same could be said for the rest of the world...foreign governments and foreign people alike. They all held out hope. But they knew he'd be a bust. And he is. Domestically, and on the foreign stage. A man of no principle. A petulant, petty, weak man-child who leads from the back of the pack. A puppet....a stooge....a ragdoll.....an abject failure of monumental proportions.
Those massive crowds that rallied on his behalf in Europe during his first election campaign, primarily made up of young takers and left-wing clueless, should have been a strong sign of what was to come. You can judge a person by their friends, and politicians by their most strident advocates, and in obama's case, the less successful and far left were the most vociferous supporters in Europe. Unfortunately, not enough rational voters in the US got off their rear ends to vote.

Obama practices Chamberlin Politics. Chamberlin made a deal with the devil to make the NAZI on advance to stop in Europe. Obama has in fact not put us in the position of leverage. He need to learn Poker, when dealing with Putin and the Chinese.

Its time for new talent!

More inept than Carter, more corrupt than Nixon. THAT is Barack Obama.

He's never accomplished anything meaningful in his entire life, so it was clear that the job of POTUS would be much bigger than the man. Throw in his completely dysfunctional "family" life -- if you want to stretch and call a detached mother and an absentee sperm donor a "family" -- and it's no wonder he behaves in the manner in which he does.
