It's the same thing you guys always say, local temps are just the local weather, while claiming temps recorded in the Arctic are somehow global. While at the same time, any measurement of warm temps, anywhere on the planet is proof of man-made global warming, while cold temps are also, "just the weather."

Why lie? I have never said any such thing....
Do you lie because you have no evidence at all to dispute the fact that the earth is heating up...If you have such evidence why not share it?
Bastardi: 'We had 90 percent of the record highs in this country in the 1930s, yet we had violent winters, very severe winters. Why is it now Co2 when before it was just nature?'
Sometimes I wonder where the confusion is. Its like he quotes Global and mentions a country
You do know that there are other countries on the globe than the united states
A large section of the mighty West Antarctica ice sheet has begun falling apart and its continued melting now appears to be unstoppable, two groups of scientists reported on Monday. If the findings hold up, they suggest that the melting could destabilize neighboring parts of the ice sheet and a rise in sea level of 10 feet or more may be unavoidable in coming centuries. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/05/13/sc...tists-say.html
It is actually nice having seasons today in Austin, isn't it.
There was a time not long ago, we didn't have winters. I have not seen so much snow since the 50's
You will continue to see that fluctuation happen more drastically in the future, it's gonna be a hot and dry summer for you guys, best be conserving that water.

Another, more plausible answer might be increased volcanism under the west coast of Antarctica.
Interesting, and this is not good news.... The South Pole, contains about 90 percent of the world's ice (and 70 percent of its fresh water). Antarctica is covered with ice an average of 2,133 meters (7,000 feet) thick. If all of the Antarctic ice melted, (not likely in the near future) sea levels around the world would rise about 61 meters (200 feet).
