According to documents recently obtained by House investigators, the Internal Revenue Service may have been caught violating federal tax law when the agency allegedly transferred confidential information pertaining to a number of 501(c)(4) groups to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
According to a report from the National Review‘s Eliana Johnson, the “information was transmitted in advance of former IRS official Lois Lerner’s meeting the same month with Justice Department officials about the possibility of using campaign-finance laws to prosecute certain nonprofit groups.”
Among the emails uncovered by House investigators is a conversation between Lerner and Richard Pilger, the director of the Justice Department’s election-crimes branch, in which Lerner confirms that she is preparing data for transfer to the FBI
We know Holder is one of the worst head of the DOJ we've ever had. The most corrupt and most racist. So I expect that he will not do a damn thing about this. No prosecution, he will let them off the hook.
If it was for a good cause then EH will wink and nod....apparently it was for a good cause.
Remember when Holder was agruing to have bin laden tried in NYC? He wanted to demonstrate to the world how the American justice system works, then without hesitation proclaimed that UBL will be found guilty in the next sentence.
It is clear the DOJ is now a political enforcement arm, the statue of blind justice crated and kept in a secret vault.

This is similar to the NOM case where an IRS employee committed a felony by leaking a donor list to a left wing activist, who then posted it on the internet. As long as Holder declines to prosecute, they get away with it. Privacy of donor lists was a right established by the NAACP in a SCOTUS case.
No true believer lefty could stomach this sort of thing. One thing that Holder has inadvertently exposed is that there are damn few true believer lefties out there. The vast majority of lefties are either mercenaries or useful idiots.

It's seems to be another race-specific discussion, for which I suspect many people are tired of seeing/reading what appear to be the same people talk about the black people they don't like.
Should be investigated. If its serious enough charges may be warranted, but this may just be a "writeup some employee" thing.
