Her staff is far larger than any other FLOTUS in history.

Do a little research on the size of her staff. It's mind-boggling.

The cons have never seen a fact they can't mangle and exaggerate.

"So suggestions that our staff is larger are wrong. While every first lady approaches the job differently, the responsibilities of the office of the first lady have grown over the years to include planning and hosting hundreds of events at the White House and across the city of D.C., planning and supporting domestic and foreign travel with and without President Obama, receiving, cataloging and responding to thousands of pieces of mail, and supporting the first lady’s active schedule in support of the President -- hence the staff size for both Mrs. Bush and Mrs. Obama."

Of course, if her staff was smaller than previous First Ladies, the right-wing nuts would be here screaming about how she's "not creating jobs for Americans!" or something. As usual, Obama Derangement Syndrome prohibits any rational discourse and prevents the victim from looking at history or verifying facts on their own vs. believing whatever partisan lies that drip from the mouth of paid stooges on hate-radio.

These threads make it awfully apparent that your disdain for Mrs. Obama stems from a place of irrational hatred.

What you call "whining" is simply a fact that's been around for decades - check out Eleanor Roosevelt, as one example.

So basically...maybe you should take your own advise, and stop whining.
Sounds like the whining is coming from Obama...

If you did some research on the size of her staff, you'd discover that it is basically the same as Laura Bush's.

this thread is about the size of the First Lady's staff, not about "Whaaa! Obama!"

If Michelle wants to get paid why won't she find a job that pays?

Who said she expects to get paid? The problem is you people fabricate what you want to hear.

Perhaps she can find another hospital that will set up a fake job for her like she had back before her hubby became president.
