Call a spade a spade. Obama has the authority to use Executive Order. Some people in this country still can't get over a black man having this authority. Boehner has to pander to the loons.

I almost feel bad for Beohner. He doesn't want to do this. The GOP has pushed themselves into a corner. They've pandered to the racists for so long they have to make these kind of threats to relieve their constituents.

They also know that not verbalizing their contempt for Obama will upset the large swath of racist followers. The establishment itself isn't racist, but they use white fear, rage, and xenophobia to get votes. They've been doing it for over thirty years.
