This is outrageous. He's 17 and she's 15 - not a huge difference in age. She sent him nude photos of herself, but only the boy is being charged. And medically-inducing an erection so the police can take a picture of it? It's more than outrageous, actually. It's sick.
This is ridiculous but there must be more to the story...girls parents?
The girl should be charged as well if any will be charged!

Are kids still taught about Romeo and Juliet in school? They were both 16, I believe. I guess it would now be considered to be a story about a child molester, rather than two teenagers in love.

The charge is not about sex; but about transmitting a sexually explicit photo of a minor.
It does not matter if the minor in question takes the picture themselves; the second they hit "send" they just distributed child porn.
I have a feeling this kid will be a multi-millionaire soon...
Why? Their claim has not taken place and only the punks lawyer and guardian have claimed this has been requested. They haven't been able to show the warrant.
