Now, that's a truly Fox-Bot thing to say. Both parties have been involved in trying to broker peace there, and yes, it has involved money. Few examples of how GOP has been, and still is involved: GOP is currently in control of the house and they control purse, the Bush admin put Hamas officially in power in 2006, and have then tried to drown them un US money. He also bullied Israel to pull out of Gaza and told them to redraw their borders giving arabs huge areas of Israeli territory.

The US federal government has been inventing enemies for 40 years so we have someone to use munitions the MIC builds and stockpiles. What good are billion dollar jet fighters if they aren't flying around and dropping hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of explosives on 3rd world countries for practice? What can the military do if they can't crash countless helicopters in various places, including here at home?

We made Al Quaeda which became ISIS; how can we go wrong?

Giving cash to countries is how we have supposedly funded the global war on drugs (marijuana). Opium is a regular commodity for the federal government as we have been taxiing that stuff all over for years. Oil is the new opium and heroin is cheaper than it has been in years.

And they're getting more:

Donors Pledge $5.4B for Gaza, Says Norway FM - Middle East - News - Arutz Sheva

But OTOH with past pledges nearly none of it has actually materialized.

Here's a link to 10 years ago where 10% of the amount pledged actually showed up and the rest just fizzled.

So basically it's money to aid and protect Israel, not help the Palestinians. lol
