FBI probe of Clinton email focused on ‘gross negligence’
FBI probe of Clinton email focused on gross negligence

Three months after Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email address and server while secretary of state was referred to the FBI, an intelligence source familiar with the investigation tells Fox News that the team is now focused on whether there were violations of an Espionage Act subsection pertaining to "gross negligence" in the safekeeping of national defense information.

I hope the FBI doesn't give her a free pass, because of Obama's comments about it this week.

It is practically impossible for a SofS to commit gross negligence in handling secret material.

This is all a Right Wing wet dream that goes nowhere.

The issue is trying to harm her in the political domain. She has no actual legal fears.

It is a question of definition. If SofS says it is not classified it is not. Simple as that. She can be overruled by the President but that did not happen in this case.

All sorts of right wingers will argue that this law or that applied. But they don't. She controls the classification of the material she handled.

That's not how it works.

This is false and since we have gone over this before you should already know this. Classified information can only be declassified by the agency that originally classified it.

Only if it originated from the State Department.

Any criminal liability is doubtful, but is this the kind of judgement we want leading this country? To say that her actions were stupid is a gross understatement, especially given her political aspirations even then. The question then becomes is she that stupid, or just that reckless? In either case I would never vote for her. I actually give a damn about integrity in our elected officials and she either has no integrity or she is the stupidest candidate to ever run for office.

Default espionage

Word is out that hillary could be charged with espionage for knowingly sending abd releasing classified information.

Look, she said she couldn't handle two email devices and that she didn't know the information would have been classified, even if if unmarked. So informants from a country is not recognized by her to be classified? So she sends to her favorite friend who uses that info to make business deals and provide benefits to her and her family.

Is this someone that any half way normal thinking American wants in the white house? Seriously. Take a minute to step back and measure the severity and incompetence presented by Hillary while Secretary of state. Truly unbelievable. At best a prison sentence but at worst is Americans thinking she is a good choice for not just elected office but as a president.
