"Should America use all resources in the destruction of ISIS"
Edited- I'm in favor of almost unlimited Air support, limited special forces, spotters, training personal and supplying the Kurds and their Allies directly with weapons.
"Should America use resources in the destruction of ISIS"
In the form of Air support and supplying the Kurds and their Allies directly with weapons.
If we are to get involved in the first place, let us go into it to win. If we have no intention of following up on it then let's not bother to get involved in the first place.

Agreed. Do it right and consolidate the people in Iraq that truly want to live peacefully together.
Barack can use this as his mission when he leaves office. This is HIS legacy. Let him deal with it out of his own pocket.
LOL!! Barack will make millions on the speech circuit when he leaves office. He will probably demand $250K to make a speech to a bunch of college kids who owe twenty years of their souls towards their college debt. Barack and Michelle will be wining and dinning with George Clooney and the Hollywood elite.
Barack will ghost write several books that his worshippers will gobble up like hotcakes with their minimum wage earnings. Don't worry about Barack, he'll do very well indeed when he leaves office.
Air strikes are just fine. The Iraqi army has already said that they clean the mess up, they just need air support. We can do that with drones and a few squadrons of F-15's.
ISIS came into being because of the power vacuum left by toppling Saddam. Obviously Maliki's government for the Shiites doesn't satisfy everyone. So even if the US does commit the resources to fully destroying ISIS, what is going to be put in place to fill this power vacuum? Without a dictator or a strong enough government in place to control all the rival factions, this will just happen again under another group with another acronym.
