Your opinion is just that, and opinion. Once again, you are not the spokesperson for society.

Society has spoken in state referendums all over the nation. With only three exceptions, the people of every state have voted to define marriage as between only a man and a woman.

Considering I am straight....

Fact of the matter is greater society is more accepting of same-sex marriage than they were even five years ago. However, again it is about equal rights and protections under the law, that is what that ink and paper represents.

Yes and that was several years ago. It has been shown in poll after poll, that the overall support is 15-20% higher than it was when virtually all of those bans were passed.

YOU are irrelevant. My spouse and I are married and society can go suck an egg for all I am concerned and keep their relgious beliefs to themselves. My spouse and I are no different than any other married couple. The resemblance is there, but you have blinders on created by your belief system and refuse to see anything but your idea that a god created marriage and that the church owns marriage. Both are lies and bogus.

Prove He doesn't. You'll find out soon enough. Every knee shall bow.

Marriage is between one man and one woman. That's the whole of it.
And please explain why only a man and a woman? Why should gays be denied marriage? Use a reason that could stand up in court that does not use procreation or the bible, both of which are irrelevant to marriage.

You are sadly very mistaken.
