I don't think so. We'll turn into Central America with our massive immigrant migrations.

And when people named their children Moses? Or Jacob? Or David?

All religious names. All were killers. All inspired other people to kill for them in Gods name.

Whats in a name? Hell a woman had to file suit to name her child Jesus.

People get all bent out of shape when you name your kid Adolph. Mohammed is much, much worse.

Strange, that linked Daily Mail Online article is from 2010.

Here is what I found for 2013:

Top baby boy names 2013 - BabyCentre

Looks like Mohammed is Number 28. As such, may it be deduced that the popularity of the name is down from 2010?

Here is 2014 results, to date:

Mid Year Results: BabyCentre Top 20 Boys' and Girls' Names of 2014; Emily and Oliver top the chart - BabyCentre

It seems odd that "Oliver" has been the top name for two years in a row.

Found this online from today. Says that Muhammed is the most popular name in England and Wales, but that it doesn't top official lists because there are so many ways to spell it.
