1. The issue was not the EU - it was NATO
2. NATO members voted in favor of admitting Ukraine, but the Russia Puppet President of Ukraine refused.
3. Your translator program is not working well - too many words are completely wrong. Advise is to try a new program.
Then why not admit Russia as a full fledged member of NATO, rather than just a 'partner'? It is much more geographically appropriate compared to, say, Turkey. The reason is that NATO exists to marginalize Russia - and the intent is to marginalize Russia regardless of how peaceful that country is - which is why, in the early 1990s when Russia was completely bankrupt and was more receptive toward integration with Europe than ever that, rather than welcoming Russians - most of whom never wanted war of any kind, ever - the U.S. reminded them that they would never be welcomed.
And you have the chutzpah to accuse others of lapping up propaganda.
Your opinion of Putin and Russia (not to mention Obama) is apparently based 100% on whatever RT is spewing on any given day.
Well, OK, maybe only 99.9%.
Yes, the U.S. media is very independent and the U.S. government is very transparent and honest. You can tell because of how much coverage the Trans-Pacific Partnership talks get.
The U.S., not to content to restrain itself to bullying countries along its border or within close proximity, also leads by example, for instance, by bombing, financially blackmailing, or covertly intervening in practically every country across the entire world with which it has an economic dispute, sometimes killing hundreds of thousands of people in the process.

1. EU has been supporting the revolutionary government in Ukraine since the very beginning.
2. NATO is controlled by the regional powers in EU and United States. NATO is not a moral entity.
3. My translator-program sucks. Maybe I should ask the Russian government for a better one.
YEP - our Fearless Leader says Russia is 'weak". No worries, be happy. All those people that are dying in the Ukraine while Putin's tanks roll through are just a myth. This is some sort of new "trade negotiation".
Do you know how many civilian people were killed including children and women by the ukraine military? Where have you been with your false humanism when the ukrainian artillery was bombing cities, towns and villages of the Donbass by the command of the american-puppet president during the last five months?
And where are those russians tanks in Ukraine? Is it not a myth, right?
Can you put your hand on the Holy Bible and say - I swear the God that russian military troops and its tanks are in Ukraine? I AM SERIOUS! Would you do it, honestly?

Russia has never applied to NATO. Russia would have to conform to NATO requirements.
Russia is a weak second world country. It is far from a superpower.
Au contraire. The relabeled Soviet Union is not to be trifled with nor underestimated. There is nothing the USA can do militarily to interfere with Soviet operations currently under way in the Ukraine not that we would want to anyway. Think about it, what could we possibly do that wouldn't have the possibility of escalating into World War III or an exchange of nuclear weapons? Not even the terrorists have that threat capability. The sanctions under way are exacerbating the situation.

So your answer is to do nothing, noted and discarded
