IF he's committed this allegedly blatant treason, WHAT's your excuse for Congress being derelict in its duty to charge and impeach him? IF your allegation is true, Congress by its inaction is also committing blatant treason. WHY isn't Boehner taking charge?

I can remember many warning of this back around '08, and were laughed at.
I guess you think you are making some sort of valid point, but it's beyond me to figure out what it is.
1000's of people are members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Many Journalists, former Politicians, former Presidents, Vice Presidents, Cabinet Members, tons of Generals and even some current Cabinet members.
There are also 5 members of the Kennedy family under the Letter "K" and former Sec State Henry Kissinger.
Check under the Letter "C" - you will find former President's Jimmy Carter & Bill Clinton - also Chelsea Clinton. You will find former Sec State Madeleine K. Albright in the "A's", Sec Defense Bob Gates, Henry Lewis Gates, Tim Geithner & Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg in the "G's".

The question isn't "If." He has committed treason. I don't know what you call it when you divulge our secrets to our enemies if it isn't treason.
I had a secret clearance when I was in the Navy. I know the seriousness of the charge and I know what constitutes treason. So don't play your "if" games with me.
There is no "duty" to impeach, and it probably would have been futile to go through the exercise, because the Senate under Harry Reid would never convict. Do you seriously think they would? You are very naive if you think they would, even if the case were so compelling as to make it a certainty. Boehner understands this.
No, that would not constitute treason by Congress.

The IRS, the VA, the Secret Service, all the institutions that in the past you would make a movie about, the Secret Service agent is the hero, thee epidemiologist is the hero. All of these agencies that we have trust in, under this administration, are showing how badly government is run. You combine them and you get a sense that things are out of control
so funny to hear my favorite chickenhawk Israel apologist Kraut Hammer spout off as if this is a recent phenomena with just this administration. The empire is falling apart, not the presidency.
