The case against Alex Donald Jackson was one of the few where a dog owner has been charged with murder for failing to control pets they knew were dangerous. He will be eligible for parole after serving 15 years.

Awesome. Now the next step is to charge parents of under aged thugs who commit murder. Same principle. When your universe of incompetence and outright criminal negligence, like owning a dangerous dog or a dangerous child invades the universe of others, you have to pay.
