The lid will blow off the Democratic Party come Feb, 2017, when the accusations and prosecutions of those who have used their offices to go after the opposition begin.

Does all of the Right Wing believe in the tooth fairy or is it only the ones on CD?

i still think the DoJ could have made a war crimes charge against GW stick but wisely chose not it. And that would have been a lot more interesting than a few minor functionaries in the IRS

Now if we could get a few grown ups to take control of the Republican party, perhaps some compromise would be possible, but no one is holding their breath for that. Even the establishment GOP can't control the toddlers.
How many so called Tea Party members were in Congress at the max? Twenty? Maybe?
As I said, Democrats are masters at making excuses why something can't be done.

War crimes? On what basis? Congressional authorization for military action?

And if you do understand it, then why push her through to the nomination?

Are liberals and Democrats really this ignorant?
Who does the GOP have?

I saw on FOX either Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio. That is all we got? Rubio sounds like an idiot on television. He rambles worse than George Bush. As for JEB....need to know more. Do not know where he stands on issues.

Jeb is what passes for a moderate R these days.

I can't honestly see how he'd ever get past the TPers and get nominated. If he did, the Rs might have a real shot at picking up the minority votes they need to win.

You are I presume aware that there are a number of places where Bush will not attend meetings for fear he would be arrested on war crimes charges?

I am not convinced that one could indict an ex-president for what he did in office. But who knows? probably end up in the Supreme Court...and then you would have to convict him. But you get him for lying to the people about the war...some sort of a conspiracy charge...Lying to the Congress?

Even Democrats have been intimidated by the Obama administration.

Once these criminals are out of office, the prosecutions will begin.

Take Clinton, Biden, Kerry President Clinton along and maybe I'll bite. You know, the Democrats who urged military action against Iraq throughout the 1990's bsed on the same intelligence briefings.

Meanwhile, you gave me an idea. I'm going to go to the Sheriff's office tomorrow and file an arrest warrant for the weatherman on Channel 11 here. He lied to me today when he predicted rain in the afternoon. It didn't rain.

Go for it. I am sure the weatherman will appreciate the sums you pay him for your silly request. Unfortunately the Sheriff will laugh you out of his office.

And it is Bush that has the problem. Cinton, Biden, Kerry can all go where they wish. It is only Bush who is carefully dodging the possibility of arrest. And they have a really good case. If you got Bush to an unbiased court he would probably go down for a long term. He is safe though as long as he stays in Texas.

I would think that an excellent conspiracy charge could be raised against Bush. There is tons of information that contradicted the Bush position and it was all suppressed or ignored. That is a killer in a conspiracy case.
