You didn't leave much to talk about. You simply made a statement and didn't really present it as an argument. This makes it difficult for discussion to occur in a way that feels natural.
To address what I assume this thread, yes, governments plays favorites and corporate America is becoming harder and harder to avoid. Again, you need to pose an argument that has another side. Most agree that corporations are everywhere (this is a fact) and many recognize that government is highly involved in business. If I may give a suggestion, to propel this thread forward, I'd recommend going into what that government involvement is and discussing how it should or shouldn't be. Or offer a solution. Plenty of ways to discuss a possible solution.
I don't see a question. Regarding what? UCC? I think it is quite clear that corporate structure and commerce are the overlay over activities of this planet.
Not sure most would equate that with fascism though. Debt-slavery does appear widely apparent. I think more recognize this aspect, however.
