According to the UN and HRW all the executions in August and September were for crimes not deserving death. Local news reported indicate that eight of those executed were convicted of nonviolent offenses, seven for drug smuggling and one for sorcery.
what you are suggesting is an impossibility. islam is the religion of love and peace and brotherhood.
the rules are very severe as to murdering a brother muslim no one in the mid east would ever do that.
and even if they did it would be for a good reason like for accusing someone of raping them after they did it.
Islam like any other religion on this planet is not a one size fits all. following your logic then the following link should represent all Christians.
I've wondered this too. How can it be justifiable under Islamic law to murder a fellow Muslim? And why has the Muslim community been so quiet about this? This act is strictly forbidden by the Quran.
I'm sure if somebody published a drawing of Mohammad, they'd be having global protests in the streets though. They're hypocrites and their silence is deafening.

Only if Obama, McCain, and the other neo-cons can use it to try to persuade the American people to engage in another useless Middle Eastern conflict that will expose the U.S. to more danger from Islamic extremists. The U.S. should have never been involved in Syria.
See case of Peter Kassig - an American Muslim who they are threatening to behead. ISIS has beheaded probably thousands of other Muslims. Where is the outcry from the Muslim community about Muslim vs. Muslim violence?
The French did it up to 1961 in Algeria , the beheading continued in the colonies ,guillotine was the favorite tool of French settlers and colonizers. See the Battle of Algiers, until 1972 this movie was banned in France .

Well stated. The 60s/70s revisionist are so obsessed with demonizing European history they completely ignored Muslim expansion/colonization/slavery which predates European colonization by a thousand years and continues in the same fashion as it has since Mohammad’s time. Boko Haram, the Tally-ban, ISIS, Al Queda, the Philippines-based Abu Sayyaf, and many others are representative of one of the many faces of Islam as it exists today.
Unfortunately, these evil basterds are still fellow Muslims to some/many, and they would prefer to focus on the West and Israel as a bigger threat as a faux distraction. Reminds me of Putin. The Russians are so proud to have a strong leader that they ignore the fact that he is a thug and would kill any one of them for any reason. Apparently it is better to be killed by a family member than a stranger
