I wouldn't call DCs as outright legalization, they won't be selling it in shops, but you can grow your own and hold up to 2 ounces. You can give someone 1 ounce. Give, operative word.

Too bad for Florida that many of its residents and politicians still cling to the "Reefer Madness" propaganda! I guess like my state Ohio, there is still a good portion of the population who are a** backwards in their thinking, as well as feel they can decide what others can use as medicine to help alleiviate or cure what ails them! For those in Florida who support ending prohibition of cannabis, keep fighting, and get out and vote the next time around. That is the only way to stick it to the prohibitionist types!

In the final analysis, rejecting it has some bright spots in FL. For example, it will be cheaper than if it were legal and heavily taxed.
