I'm not trying to troll or be racist. I want a time frame so I can know how much longer I have to appreciate my home state before I have to leave forever. I also wish to sell before the property values crash.

By 2050 California will have fallen into the ocean....So it is now a good time for you to sell your property and move to Peru.

Nope sarcasm is actually among the best responses.

Lemme guess: over 40, native to CA, roots probably go back to at least the 1960s, "white", male, and feels threatened when he overhears Spanish in public.

Even a UC professor believes in and actively supports the Reconquista. He's "educating" our children.

Bring them on. It's hard enough finding a good landscape guy now. And who doesn't love those tasty carnitas and fajitas?
