How much longer do we have before California is seceded to Mexico by the "Reconquista"? (Representatives, illegal)

I'm not trying to troll or be racist. I want a time frame so I can know how much longer I have to appreciate my home state before I have to leave forever. I also wish to sell before the property values crash.
Is 2050 a good estimate?
