Facts are facts. One letter changes the meaning of the word.. Isil and Isis, two different meanings.. By using Isil, Obama it is telling Muslims , Israel does not have the right to exist as a State separate from the Islamic States.
No one can destroy Jesus. That was already tried some years ago and was a total failure.
I think is clear that Obama's support for Israel is more lukewarm than pretty much any president in recent memory. I don't know that he opposes Israel, but I think his support is pretty tepid.
That being said, this is a bit of a stretch. I think it makes most sense just to call it the Islamic State, but I wouldn't want Obama to do that because then we would have to listen to him take great pains to explain how it isn't truly Islam or representative of Msulims EVERY time we talk about this.
Forgive me for not being informed, but I'll ask before I make further judgment - what is their name? Both ISIS and ISIL are presented as proper nouns, implying that both are the official name. Is that possible? Which one's the actual proper noun? Let's use that one. Or, if we don't want to give them the dignity of using their actual name, that's fine, but we shouldn't then make whatever we do call them a proper noun. I don't mean this to come across as trying to be respectful of a group not deserving it. That's not my point. My point is the actual name is either ISIS or ISIL, but it's not both. Which is it?
Actions speak louder than words not spoken. Oh, wait...
This site is pure entertainment. OMFG, this makes me feel sane.
Yeah, when I saw the name of the blog in the OP's post, I had to laugh:
