I'm against it, for many reasons, but since I'm the OP, will wait and discuss later.....
What do you think?

Yes, as long as I don't live anywhere near it nor do I want it in my state.

Because it has been proven that fracking is safe. The weak point is the concrete collars. As long as the collars are proper, the wells are safe. Hell, even this out of control we hate anything fossil EPA had to admit that they couldn't find anything (and trust me they tried really hard) wrong with fracking.

It's quite ironic to me that the same people who cite science for AGW are probably the same people who ignore science when it comes to fracking.

Benzene, that is one nasty chemical. I know of one person who died from exposure from this chemical. Many in the printing industry years back are no longer with us because of Benzene, which was used extensively in the working end of this trade. I just can not imagine this getting into the water supply.

The point is moot since it can't get into the water supply if the wells are properly built. Please cite a list of wells that have fouled the water. It has been proven that the few who claimed their water was tainted (via Gasland) were trying to work the system for a big pay day.

Nothing like deception to sell a lie to millions of low intelligence voters... just ask Gruber!

Even Pelosi is now saying she never heard of the guy

Nancy Pelosi caught lying: Never heard of Gruber despite citing him in 2009 - Washington Times

I know of people who have died from exposure to our federal government, and I do not see people wanting to ban that? that is way worse than any company can ever do.

Well, in our province of Ontario we told the oil companies to "Frack off" and there is none allowed in the province even though we have plenty of gas that could be fracked!
