I agree with keep it. Indeed, it should never had been put into practice in the first place.
Should the next President be Republican, he (or she) should be able to have his (or her) judicial nominations pass via majority vote. Nothing wrong with majority rules.
If a person wishes to filibuster some nomination, they should have to do it the old fashion way: stand up, and start talking. It was nonsense that some Senator could simply say "I filibuster" and then go out for lunch.
I don't even think the filibuster should exist. Whatever party has the majority should be able to pass bills and confirm nominations. The filibuster is just a stupid tradition that belongs in the past.
