So you dont actually have a problem with what Biden said, but rather in the way he conveyed it.

Thats understandable, and a very good argument on your part.

My only problem is, again, that I have seen that same logic from the right, holding up some conservative african american on a pedestal saying we should "act" like that particular person.

You literally said it isnt true, and then provided an example saying the exact opposite.


Also, Will Smith is an exception in and of himself, not the rule, Per film, he is either the first or second highest grossing actor in hollywood( he doesnt really do small budget films which throws off the average comparatively).

The next closest black actor is Eddie Murphy and he is in the low 30's ( im doing this by memory so my numbers may be a little off).
that means between the 2, you have roughly 20 something white actors who could make the film company more money in theory.

also, no one is going to know Vin Diesel is black unless they google it.
