Cheap Gas Prices: $2 Per Gallon Coming for Some U.S. Drivers

Since you guys blamed Obama when gas was expensive, is he going to get credit now that they've dropped? Personally I think he NEVER should have been blamed because gas is a commodity in a free market that POTUS doesn't control.

Why start another thread about this subject when we already have two going, one with 1,600 posts and another with over 9,000
Certainly any thing that can be discussed on this subject is already there and still in progress;

Thank you President Obama for low gas prices

Thank the Saudi's - Obama has nothing to do with lower gas prices. If he did we'd see his lips moving and big ears flapping on the TV taking credit.

I agree.
And he had nothing to do with HIGHER gas prices either. Pure politics. Just like how the sky isn't falling due to obamacare, instead 30 million more Americans now have health insurance that didn't before.

Ummmm....no. The lower cost of gas has everything to do with one thing only: The huge upswell in domestic production through innovative technologies such as fracking.

Middle east flooding the market in an effort to shut down innovative domestic technologies from what I read. Also I think the French invented fracking.

And not on any Federal lands, only State and private lands as Obama and his policies have made it impossible to drill on Federal property.
This means he had NOTHING to do with it going down and some to do with it going up.
