Only the "real debates" point is really valid in my opinion (and a very important one I might add), since everything else would be a limitation of free speech.
I would apply the jury selection process to politics.
Establish some minimum qualifications, and then randomly select a U.S. citizen for the given office. If the citizen is unwilling to serve, go on to the next qualified candidate until you find someone who is willing. That eliminates campaigns and politicians being bought by special interests. It eliminates political parties. It also eliminates voter fraud because there is no voting.
Next, allow only one term in office, but a longer term. For example, President or Governor for six years. Senator or Congressman for 10 years.
What would be the "minimum qualifications"? A native-born U.S. citizen, born to three generations of native-born U.S. citizens. Fluency in English of course. Pays significant taxes. Is financially solvent, intelligent, sane... Can pass a test in civics, foreign affairs (if relevant to the office), current issues, history and the knowledge base expected from someone educated in the liberal arts and Western Civilization. Not a Muslim. Speaks well and debates well. Presentable. Good health and moral character. No criminal record. Age 22 or above. Served in the military and honorably discharged. Has no significant potential conflicts of interest. A panel of judges would qualify or disqualify the candidate.

We the People... a corporation OR union is not a person. It's funny... up until about 15 years ago us Americans didn't seem to have a problem with limiting the amounts of money being spent in elections. What has happened?
The Federal Reserve, funds all the corruption, PERIOD.
Without the Federal Reserve, printing counterfeit money, they could not possibly fund the crap they pull on us to take our freedom.
Corporations would not be sucking up all that printed money, in massaged numbers, stored in a computer somewhere.
Our political system is corrupt and average Americans are no longer represented by those we elect. If we had a one time shot at changing the system, what types of reform could you support?
term limits: 2 terms for potus, 6 terms for representatives and 2 terms for senators. all elections publicly funded with a limit of 1 million to be spent per election. wages of politicians in dc, $25,000 for potus, $10,000 for senators and $6,000 for representatives per year, and no retirement provided for the politicians by the american people. voter ID to be provided by the feds, they like to have our ssn, so let them provide all citizens with a voter ID card.
if you get caught voting more than once, 5 years in prison per convicted offence to be served consecutively.
all ballots to be in english only.
I'm thinking 1 term for Senators and 3 terms for representatives.
When you think about, 6 years is a long time and in 12 years (2 terms for a Senator), people tend to get a little stale in their jobs and in the case of Washington, they learn how to play the game better which normally doesn't mean good things for the average American.
I wonder what these POLL numbers will look like when I submit the same question after the 2016 election... can anyone say pitchforks?
