From his first Inaugural, Obama conflated American History, elevating the role of Islam to a place it does not deserve, and in the process, insulting Jews.

Muslims played no roll in the making of America, the author points out. There was no known Muslim presence in America before the 20th century.

Obama's knowledge of history is seriously lacking. He gives credit to Islam that it does not deserve. In fact, Islam has contributed little or nothing of importance to the World. Yet Jews have contributed much.

Barack is brainwashed about Islam. It comes from living with muslims during his youth and attending their schools in Indonesia.

It is a shame that people don't bother to learn American history any more.

"Readers may be surprised to learn that there may have been hundreds, perhaps thousands, of Muslims in the United States in 1776—imported as slaves from areas of Africa where Islam flourished. Although there is no evidence that the Founders were aware of the religious convictions of their bondsmen, it is clear that the Founding Fathers thought about the relationship of Islam to the new nation and were prepared to make a place for it in the republic."

The Founding Fathers and Islam (May 2002) - Library of Congress Information Bulletin

"From 1774–1783 there were at least six people with Islamic names who fought in the Revolutionary War as colonial soldiers. One of them was Yusuf Ben Ali, also known as Joseph (Benenhali) Benhaley, who fought with General Sumter in South Carolina. After the war, General Sumter took Joseph Benhaley with him inland to Stateburg where they settled down. Joseph Benhaley’s name appeared in the 1790 census of Sumter County. Revolutionary records also show that there was a Bampett Muhamed who was a Corporal in the Revolutionary Army, from 1775-1783 in Virginia. Francis Saba was listed as a sergeant with the Continental Troops in roll 132, 1775-1783, and Joseph Saba was listed as a Fifer in the Continental Troops roll 132, 1775-1783. "

It's doubtful that the slaves would have been Muslim. Did Muslim's enslave their own people? I think not. History revisionism is alive and well.

America has no "Islamic Heritage." The American Colonies were populated almost entirely by Christians and Jews.

You probably didn't even bother to read the article, right?

Incidentally, you might want to do a little investigation into the author of the first piece you linked to. He is a Constitutional critic, who rejects the history of the writing of our Constitution. But believe what you want.

What is clear is the make up of the first real wave of Muslims in the United States: African slaves of whom 10 to 15 percent were said to be Muslims. Maintaining their religion was difficult and many were forcibly converted to Christianity

Good grief. There are plenty of sources that you can read. Other links have been provided to prove what is nothing more than your opinion that you picked out of the air.

But deniers have a problem being proven wrong as you demonstrate. How about proving your statement which is nothing more than you opinion which clearly is based on nothing.
