I live in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area, and I am not quite sure what you are talking about. But like I said, if S.FL is too cold, then you need to move south. Curacao comes with legalized prostitution, lenient drug laws and high crime, but if you don't mind, then it may be just the place for you.

Its difficult to move to another country these days. Very difficult. They have unemployment problems just as the US does.
Of course, there are some fields where they do need people. And if you are a wealthy retiree with a good retirement income you might be welcome.
