No. I'm just saying that most oil the US imports is from Canada and Non OPEC countries. Canada is the largest source, by country. And the US is actually decreasing oil imports from OPEC, even further.

U.S. Crude Oil Imports

Whereas, 100% of Apple's products sold and serviced in countries that execute gays comes 100% from Apple.

Why is killing gays in the mid east less evil than refusing to bake a gay cake?
Please show where Tim Cook says anything about cakes. Anything at all.

Please show where anyone, anyone at all, has stated that killing gays in the mid east is "less evil" than refusing to bake a cake.

I would guess that he believes he can effect changes in his own country.

We can all shout and scream about what happens in other countries, but that has little effect in those countries.

Are we going to boycott Saudi Arabia?
That would be fine with me.

That doesn't justify Cook's silence (tacit agreement) on the execution of gays.

You are joking, right?

There are so many evils in the world it would take a lifetime for someone to express their disagreement with all of them.

I never started a thread or spoke out about gays being murdered in other countries. That means I agree with and consent to those actions?

I never started a thread or spoke out about how dogs used for meat in other countries are treated. That means I agree with and consent to those actions?

I never started a thread or spoke out about people who catch sharks, cut off their fins, and throw them back into the water. That means I agree with and consent to those actions?

ad infinitum...

Your straws have run out, you just don't know it yet.

Why does he sell his products to countries that kill gays? I guess he likes their money.

Yes, but Tim Cook chose to publicly condemn a law regulating sales/services, while choosing to remain silent on the execution of gays in the countries in which Apple does business.

What we know from both actions (and remaining silent IS a deliberate action) is that Tim Cook and Apple think that refusing to sell gays services/goods that are readily available elsewhere is unacceptable, but executing gays is acceptable.

Sir Thomas More: "The maxim is Qui tacet consentiret: the maxim of the law is 'Silence gives consent.' "

Tim Cook and Apple are DEADLY hypocrites.

So what?

Do you want to take away his choice?

So, now that you have been educated about the fact that we do in fact import oil from OPEC. So, according to your own definition you support killing gays. It makes you a hypocrite.

Keep going. It's fun watching one hypocrite accusing someone else of the same.
