Why is it gun nuts have rights when they're stopped by police but black people don't?
What? Who said black people don't have rights? Or is this a reference to the Wilson-Brown incident, in which a thug who happened to be black robbed a store, assaulted the store owner, and then assaulted a police officer?
We all have the same rights, but if you get in an officer's face when stopped then you are practicing the right of stupidity. Arguing you point is one thing, assaulting a cop is something else.
