This is an interesting and disheartening article...one that will thrill all liberals but scare the hell out of anyone interested in freedom of speech in America.

From PJ Media -

"Google revealed in a blog post that it is now using machine learning to document "hate crimes and events" in America. They've partnered with liberal groups like ProPublica, BuzzFeed News, and the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) to make information about "hate events" easily accessible to journalists. And now, there are troubling signs that this tool could be used to ferret out writers and websites that run afoul of the progressive orthodoxy."

If true, Google, ProPublica and the SPLC have formed a cartel to restrict freedom of speech in this country. The FTC and the Sessions DOJ needs to slam Google with anti-trust proceedings and have the IRS treat the SPLC and ProPublica just the way they treated the Tea Party.

Google, just like your internet service provider, has a terms agreement. If a company violates it, they can be removed from google .

Just as bakers are forced to bake cakes for customers they don't want, so should Facebook, etc. be required to service customers they don't want.

Let's just be honest - if conservatives could have Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. snuff out liberal sites they would do it in a minute.

I suspect Google has as many prestigious lawyers as Trump does and they have looked into what they are doing and they are operating within the law.

I prefer when corporations stick to what they're good at... That is providing goods and services for a profit. When corporations become political machines, the people generally suffer, and lose their voice.

You can't just have any anti-free speech and discriminatory terms of agreement you want and that make it okay. Christian bakers have terms of agreement too. So much for that.

And there in lies the problem.

The Baker has no problem selling to a gay person, its the wedding they have a problem with, which makes no sense.

The equivalent would actually be Google saying they didnt have a problem with White supremacist on there own, just not as a group.

You can, and the Bakers terms of agreement is to bake the cake. that is it. So wrong on both counts.

I'm believing it. If I want to research something lately, no matter what it is, I get a lot of results that are clearly left leaning or bashing of conservatives. And a lot of known people outspoken against liberal ideologies are being censored, from Mark Dice, Paul Joseph Watson, to Some Black Guy who isn't even republican, but won't jump on the bandwagon.
