Let me say this one time and one time only, Disney does not own E! Disney owns a lot of channels but E! is not one of them. Disney HAD an interest on the station but it is a part of NBC Universal, NOT Walt Disney Company. If it was about ratings it was just for the ESPY's and NOT the show. Walt Disney Company has no ties to I Am Cait as they don't have any interest in Bunim/Murray Productions.

Like this one
Touche (though you did choose to respond to my comment). I'm quite willing to give credit to where it's due. I jabbed at you because I felt like you were attacking me for no reason, and because you specifically claimed that no one seemed to have a problem with transgenders, which they clearly do- as evidenced by numerous examples on this thread.

But for the snide remark, I apologize.

Okay, that's fine, and I'm glad to see the conversation take a more civil tone. I don't agree with your psychological assessment of transgenders, and I don't think that there's only one type of hero, but the winner of any type of subjective award like this is always up for debate. On a side note, Tillman wasn't up for the award, as far as I know, but was definitely a hero.

It is okay. No need to apologize.

He's only the second celebrity to really come out, previously it was the lead singer of Against Me, a folk punk band.

Cher's Daughter - Came out years ago, wanting to be a man..

I don't see why Bruce is so special or courageous... He will always be a dude, as long as he has a penis....

Anyone can get fake boobs, take hormones, it doesn't change the fact, he's still a man down there

If anything, he's looking for attention. I will never call him a she....

You're right. Some people in threads like this parade around as if they're 'nice' people, when they're definitely not.
