At least they let us believe we are still a Republic even if the big decisions are made by a self appointed cabal of financiers for their benefit and not ours. We get the scraps from this table. We are NOT invited to the meal.
When Pelosi uttered the words, which shall live in infamy, 'we have to pass it to see what is in it" didn't stir the media and the nation to demand her resignation, all bets are off. Concern that a few good men are determining our future has been accepted, embraced and made possible through the current version of the democratic party and their propaganda machine. Obviously more involvement by all, but right now we get historic legislation the people's representatives didn't read or understand approved as binding law. A secret society running the globe is manifested, as never before, by the obama administration. And the media is allowing him to treat America as the beta test site for a new world order. Seems to be working quite well.
Trump is interesting-he seems to have been part of a plan that went wrong somewhere; I just don't think he has enough integrity to represent the interests of The US and American people in office.

How many other Presidents could we have said the same thing about? If Trump can delegate his responsibilities effectively, which he has demonstrated that he can; he should have no problems handling the office of the President. His biggest challenge will be trying to unify his Party so that his legislation will make it through the hurdles.
His supporters will look for him to make change. To me it would not have to be a wall on the Southern border. All he has to do is support our laws and our enforcers - that would be a refreshing 'change'! Actually, if you do the Goggle 'Earth' flyover of the border; it looks like natural 'walls' for many miles of the border. One could easily see that walls might be in order for some areas and simply better surveillance and patrolling would be appropriate for other areas.
Trade agreements might be tricky. Perhaps Trump can talk some companies into staying in the US; but he might not be able to control the amount of plant automation (which might stop significant progress in retaining US jobs). That one I am more of a wait and see what happens.
As far as military buildup: All Presidents talk tough. Hopefully he can do a better job negotiating than past Presidents? Time will tell.
If it does not look like Trump is attempting to make good on his promises; most of us will not vote for him a second time. But, keep in mind, that many voters voted a second time for both Republican and Democratic Presidents that did not honor their pledges. So what good is integrity if we do not hold our leaders accountable?

Good points overall. Another poster was comparing Trump to Ross Perot-I am starting to see the similarities although Trump is more cartoonish lol.

He's been pretty transparent. He's disciplined. No plan: he started with his father's money--one of his first projects was the transformation of an old brick hotel into the glass-clad Hyatt in front of Grand Central.

Why do you think he lacks integrity?
I have a knack for recognizing authenticity.
