I'm sick of the poor, immigrants, sick people, minorities and the working class being blamed and scapegoated for our economic problems. I have no sympathy for these poor "millionaire victims" of progressive taxation. These people are already rich and their wealth does cost others money in the sense of rising the price of real estate and the fact their investments utilize the public commons, including causing pollution.

It's just hard for me to bleed for people who are already incredibly fortunate. I don't begrudge them their success, but when society tells me they are the real victims for having to pay a higher tax bracket (which they can often dodge anyway via loopholes and Swiss accounts) and the people who don't have healthcare, get bankrupt from going sick or have lost their home are just ungrateful whiners who deserve even less than the little they have.

What the hell is wrong with this society?

And yet every person you vote for is a millionaire. What do you expect our Congress people to do? Act in the best interest of the poor and middle class?

Good grief.

Bernie Sanders is not a millionaire. But you are correct, most are.

I'm not an anti-government sheep, but I'm not of the delusion that Democrats are much more in favor of my interests than the GOP. Bernie Sanders is the best it gets, though.

Frankly I'm sick and tired of all the crying about the poor. I have been poor and now I'm not. Other then working your kister off The poor don't have what it takes to do anything about their condition and all the sniveling from the left isn't going to change it....You know the revolution is not going to be the poor uprising against the 1%. The 1% are going to have the middle class wipe the poor out in a purge that will make the Warsaw Ghetto look like a day in the park...

So I should just be A-OK with them stealing trillions from the lower classes by re-writing the laws?

Their money is for the most part tied up in paper wealth, the shares in tangible operations that employ people like you, or employ the people who buy from you. And if they sold off the shares, that very action can lower the share values as they're being dumped.

When they start new ventures, they look for people to design and engineer and build the constituent parts. The latter get paid money for the help.

The immigrants you invited compete with you for cheap rental housing.

But may I ask: Why are you so obsessed with money, and how much of it someone else has?
