We have come a long way since 2008 in the category of 'global favorability'.
Americans liking/hating each other is another story. In that category we have been on a steady decline since the 1990s.
I wonder what the criteria for "global" was, since Obama has bombed 7 countries to Bush's 4 and I cant believe any inhabitant of a bombed country would perceive the bomber in a favorable manner.

I guess the world regards strategic bombing of specific targets as being better than an entire army invading a sovereign nation, destroying most of the infrastructure, killing hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians and leaving the country in utter chaos. But not to worry, no one expects a right winger to understand the difference.
