That should not be a shocking thought at all, should it? I shifted my support to Johnson this election as did several of my previously Conservative/Republican acquaintances. Libertarians SHATTERED previous numbers, almost a 300% increase since 2012 pulling in 4.2 million votes. Jill Stein, of whom I feel that her supporters would otherwise align more with Clinton, pulled in 1.2 million votes.

My point? Clinton garnering the popular vote by a hair is a false narrative. Gary siphoned millions of otherwise Trump votes. Trump had ALL of media against him and even his own (albeit nominally) political party. Trump would have won by a million or two in my estimation had Gary support only moderately improved over 2012. The modern liberal is on the decline. The mindset is not compatible with improving and running the United States, social issues need to take a back seat to economic reconstruction and resistance to a global banking cabal.
