Tough luck.

I wouldn't unless you don't pay taxes, or have lots of kids.

The specifics haven't been worked out yet, I suspect it will be a separate check. Trying to redo the taxes at this stage is pretty tough, the computations are complicated enough as it is.

I heard on the radio the IRS spokesman saying they would be separate checks after tax season, like July timeframe...

Frist of all who-me, it's money I earned. It's called taxes.
You presume I'm a republican, well I will presume you're a goverment worker.
It pays your over inflated paycheck and it's called taxes.
Virginia, there is no santa, it come from taxpayers.
What is a taxpayer????
Someone that sends in their money, at gunpoint, to watch it go down
a rathole.
Who knew???
Whining is not a four letter word either, when whining is merited.

The 'poor' seem quite happy to remain so.

On average working less than 16 hours a week it is really no surprise they are 'poor'.

No, they took under threat of deadly force, my money.

They then have decided it should go to people who do not work enough to pay any income tax.

Strange how some see so much unfairness in the world other times but think it perfectly okay and in fact right to take others money and give it to someone else.
