Didn't see the video untill now. I don't think this is indicative of him having anger issues. I think this is him expressing his grievances explicitly and exaggerated for his audience.
Plenty of fathers of non white women get just as upset when their daughter brings home a white guy. I know it's just a movie but Bernie Mac played a great example of a black father upset when her daughter brings home a white guy.
Dating outside your own race can cause a lot of issues within the family and they aren't always racially driven.

Maybe where he lives, that is all that is around is white women. (I lived in Kentucky for two years, very possible scenario)

I thought it was great. Take it for what it is and try not to make it into something it isn't. It's a poetry slam or whatever they call it where he's performing, and nothing more.
