Our Liar In Chief is at it again, following in the footsteps of Al Gore.
-----------------
President Obama hiked to Exit Glacier in Alaska last week, with photographers in tow, to send the world a message: The glacier is melting.
Obama blames it on the increasing use of fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas, which he wants to restrict not only in the United States but worldwide. The photo op was designed to build support for an international climate agreement he’s pushing hard to sell, so far with little success.

Trouble is, the president needs to get his facts straight. Exit Glacier has been shrinking for 200 years — since 1815 — long before widespread industrialization and automobiles. As the president ended his trip, he sounded the alarm again: “This state’s climate is changing before our eyes.”

Wake up, Obama, climate change has been happening forever | New York Post

All human beings have lied at one point or another, but we do not regard all human beings as liars, especially not as habitual liars, as Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama both clearly are.

All humans have lied, and all politicians are human beings, but not all politicians are liars, and relatively few of them are in fact habitual liars the way that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are.

Its a tad more complex then that. Recent years showed massive melting compared to others. The critical piece missing form that statement however is that prior years were below average.

He's not wrong though, our climate IS changing. He attributes much of it to being man made (and I agree), but thats only part of it.

Again a complex topic that way too many here want to over simplify. But to be fair, in this case he started it by also over simplifying the topic.

Oh look, a copy and paste response thats from your earlier posting...that adds nothing to the conversation. Come on, you could at least discuss the topic a little.

Well that's the NY Post version, the recent rate of melting is what's important 187 ft in one year.

Indicating that the Exit Glacier is melting at a rapid rate is not a lie by the way.

Last year alone, the Exit Glacier melted and retreated 187 ft (57 m) toward the Harding ice field, which itself has lost 10 percent of its mass since 1950, mainly due to climate change.

But its mildly misleading, as prior years had below average melts.

Repeat after me, "Climate is not local"

We can't make claims on local events, and not give validity to deniers who cherry pick data that way. Its a invitation to nonsense. Focus on world temps, not local temps at one glacier.

Obama couldn't care less about 'climate change'. To him, and most other Leftists, "Climate Change" is just the Trojan Horse they intend to use for social engineering and attacking Capitalism.
