Enough to warrant a brain contusion and a concussion? Especially considering the stop was over a seatbelt?
Did she behave entitled? Yes, but poor behavior toward a police officer doesn't mean he gets to bring you within an inch of your life without repercussions
Brutal, why must they hurt her. She didn't do anything wrong.
And you know this how? Because that bovine bystander said so, and thought it was her mission to challenge the cops? Because the dame that it took more than one officer to control shouted, Help me--after she was out of the car? And, BTW, just what "question" did she ask the cop that she initially stopped?
This is, indeed, more of the same: another way to hit the jackpot when you feel aggrieved and meet certain certain criteria (so much for equal protection under the law).

I guess one glaring hole, is why did she need to even get out of the car? If she was pulled over for only not wearing a seatbelt then it's a ticketed offense and then we all move on. At some point this turned excessively and wantonly violent. Over not wearing a seatbelt and presumably over the police officer being reported in an earlier incident.
