As to what you call Palestinian lands, it never was. It's been Ottoman land, Egyptian land, Jordanian land and Mandate land but never a nation called Palestine. Now if you said Arabs who owned a certain amount of dunam's then that would be correct usage but to date there are no Jews living currently on Arab deeded dunam's.
