Oh just give it up already, this is a straw man argument at it's finest. Again, did you want ALL airline passengers held hostage and interrogated for months on end? Sounds like you do while you give a pass to the Obama admin when they had the damn NAME of the brother in Boston and did nothing with it.
Who the **** said anything about ALL airline passengers being held hostage and interrogated for months on end?
Again, what the hell are they supposed to do with a name?
Who said you give Obama a pass for Boston? I have no idea what the hell you're talking about.
Do remember the FBI dropped the ball under Barack Obama? Do you remember that Bush dropped the ball for 9/11? Oh but we're not supposed to talk about that are we? You've just proven my point
Well, let's recap. You asked us to name a terrorist attack inside the US where people were killed and for which we give a pass to Obama like you say we do to GWB for 9/11.
My response? Who said I give a pass to Barack Obama? I don't. His FBI was dispatched by Russian intelligence to question Tamerlin Tsarnaev. They chatted with him and after that he fell off the radar. Because of that, people were killed by a terrorist attack right here in the United States under Barack Obama.
Which one of the 9/11 terrorists had a face to face interview with the FBI while Bush was President? None.
Your strawman is really a pretty putrid attempt at logic. The question is not blame, but whether the government can actually keep us safe or not.
Remember, the government keeps you "safe" until it doesn't keep you safe. Even your messiah Barack is not brave enough to brag about keeping you safe because he knows full well that tomorrow another 9/11 could happen in the USA.
He's not that stupid. Can we say the same for you?
Listen to this garbage. You think there is nothing that can be done with a name but you think something could have been done without ANY information at all? They knew where this guy was and did nothing. Stop the stupid argument already.
Bush was told they were going to use planes. He could have locked the cockpit doors for starters. Maybe instituted the TSA before almost 3,000 people were killed.
Name one terrorist attack inside the United States under Clinton or Obama, in which Americans died, that you give them the same kind of pass you expect us to give Bush for 9/11.
this is just a confusing thread. I really don't know what we are talking about here.
There are two failures that seem to have some bering on the 9/11 attack.
1. the so called "wall of separation that was evidently the brain child of Jamie Gorelick. Gorelick was a Clinton era advisor an the Wall was a Clinton era invention.
2. CIA director Tenet's attempt in July 2001 to get Condoleezza Rice's buy in that there was an eminent threat from Bin Laden. This obviously occurred early on in the George Bush era.
In the first case It is still not clear that the "wall" was utterly responsible for 9/11.
In the second case it is not clear that Tenet would have found what exactly what the threat was.
basically I find no way to "blame" either Clinton or Bush utterly and entirely for 9/11.
Back up to the first World Trade Center bombing. I don't think anyone ever looked at Clinton and blamed him. There were several other attacks but I don't remember anyone going full on after Clinton that he failed to stop something.
There has been clear evidence that suggests that Clinton had several chances to kill Bin Laden or to take him captive.
As for Obama, I think the largest complaint has been less that he didn't do things to stop attacks, rather he has refused to label several attacks as "Terrorist attacks".
so ijm confused as to what the OP is even trying to suggest here?
