In its unsigned per curiam ruling, the court said, “The doctrine of police immunity protects ‘all but the plainly incompetent or those who knowingly violate the law,” NBC reported, noting the court added “its previous rulings have never said that the use of deadly force during a dangerous car chase is automatically a constitutional violation.”

Court overwhelming rules in favor of the officer ..city..department...

And your beef is what? The uber liberal website skewed every bit of the story...

Flee and elude.. Do so while intoxicated... Tell authorities you are armed and will shoot it out... And then with amazement there is wonder why this guy gets shot

Police are always police first and have the ultimate authority to make individual decisions using force
Reasonable.. Necessary .. And fully justified by circumstances... Apparently the officer felt it was... And the majority agreed...
