How is it that the politicians, pundits, and the media claim that U.S. citizen and assylum refugee Muslims become "radicalized" after they take a brief trip to the Middle East? That assumes they were perfectly normal until it suddenly dawns on them after a week or two in a Muslim Middle East country that infidels are to be destroyed.

That doesn't make sense. Millions of Westerners of all religions visit and travel to the Middle East every year for business and vacations. Almost none come back with the mindset of jihad and killing others or blowing themselves and others up.

I think the "radicalized" assertion is BS. They were already radical jihadists terrorists. All they did was get assistance and the "go" order.

Agreed. But I thought the new theory is they were radicalized for some time.

Of course this is the truth.

They are already radicalized before they take that trip.
That trip just solidifies what they already decided.

We should institute a daily pledge of allegiance to the United States of America. Or hourly.

Great point. Similar to that, I've always wondered about this concept that we have to be careful not to "give ISIS what it wants" by engaging in xenophobia or discrimination and making the moderate muslims become radical and turn against us.
Sorry. If they were capable of killing people and blowing themselves up over something Donald Trump said, they were never that "moderate" to begin with.

Agreed. Trump is the ONLY man who speaks what everyone knows but doesn't have the courage to say - first fix the mess that there is and until then ban moslems from coming here. This analysis phase should be done to determine how best to safeguard against inbred snakes who wish to use this country but then end up abusing it by jihadi crap.

Only person who is trustworthy is Trump in dealing with this menace of out of hand jihadi mentality that is all pervasive.
