Aged-tuna aficionado and occasional Weiner-lover Huma Abedin is Hillary Clinton's BFF and partner-in-crime.
Turns out Ms. Abedin has been a faithful Hill-billy™ since she interned as a 19 year-old college student for the traveling sideshow we call Hillary. But that loyalty is probably going to be the reason that Hillary will need to throw Abedin under the bus where the email issues are concerned, because Hillary sure as hell isn't in to taking the bullet, even if she did have to dodge Bosnian sniper fire.
What's really troubling is the (p)sycophantish behavior exhibited by the Huma(n) zombie:
Marc Lasry, a Clinton donor and friend who attended Ms. Abedin’s wedding, called her “as loyal as they come.”
“She loves Hillary. She would die for Hillary,” Mr. Lasry said. “Really, what she’s always looking at is, ‘What’s in the best interest of Hillary?’ ”
Mr. Lasry said he had expected Ms. Abedin to reduce her workload in the past few years. Instead, she has maintained a breakneck pace.
“Her life,” he said, “is Hillary.”
We've somehow elevated politicians to heights they do not deserve. They are the lowest form of life on the planet, but as long as there are clueless cult-like sycophants like Huma Abedin around, this pattern will likely continue. If Hillary gets run out of this race over her shady behavior, someone better put Abedin on suicide watch.
I wonder if this young lady (Ms. Abedin) actually feels the way that Mr. Lasry attributes to her? Since she has a newborn child, it seems unlikely that Ms. Abedin would actually 'take a bullet' for Ms. Clinton, loyal though she may be. Hyperbole is what it appears to be.
This is about as goofy as every single article trying to shoe-horn George W Bush's staff (specifically Hughes, Rice & Rove) in positions of surrogate/professional mother, wife and fanboy. Some people simply have very close professional/personal relationships. I've seen people in other fields bring their support staff with them into new positions simply because they remain that close/tight/dependable.
