Funny how that works huh? Fraud hurts the disabled just as much as the pain of being disabled, both mentally and physically.
IF your info's correct: not only does that cop need to have his pension yanked; he also needs to be fired from his new job AND hauled up on fraud charges.

There was a thread started on that other story yesterday from this same poster. That other cop was FORCED out by the medical board, he didn't decide to try and collect disability. The OP isn't being honest as usual.

You can not even follow the story correctly and replied incorrectly in that other thread and did not even realize you made a mistake. You're not being too bright and now I question your abilities.

there are some problems with the spin of it
Salerno (who only served 12 years) does get disability.... but a 50% DISABILITY
DePaolis who served over 20 years) also gets disability... at 75% rate
both based on TIME IN SERVICE and WHAT THE BOARD DETERMINES
