The printed out emails were given to the State Department over a year ago..

if they were part of the printed ones, the administration sure did wait a long time to release some of the information, and given Clinton herself, printed them out causing the delay, I'd have to wonder how dumb she is to move this close to an election.

Phonies.

Their phony 1%'ers are better.

I haven't read through the entire thread but does anyone find it strange that there was no Senate confirmed, State Department IG for her years in office???? I was under the impression that this was supposed to be the most "transparent" administration in history.

Just another lie among a countlessly long list of lies by this president and his thoroughly corrupt regime.

Does not matter, classification is inherent. She can change a label but that action does not make it any more or less classified.

Uh, no. That's flat out inaccurate.

SecState can make something classified as a classification authority for that department and can declassify only certain things emanating from within State - things that aren't otherwise classified by rule of law.

SecState can receive classified products from the intelligence community but must abide by the originating office's classification ruling.

Even if she did she has other rights from her position.
As to her rights read the EO. There is enough room to drive a truck through. Note there is no indication she ever received anything on this email server that was obviously classified.

I believe also that all or virtually all of the information involved was received on emails from .gov accounts. These are likely to be virtually all State Dept.
