As for an example of a truly conservative nation, I'd say Saudi Arabia fits the bill, but I'm too lazy to support my claim with links the way you did.

they are a theocracy, alcohol is illegal, I think that they don't pay taxes because of the oil that they have, etc.

I'd be curious to see what some of those on the right would point to as good representatives of conservative policies.

I do not want to see my country be like other nations. I want us to be the role model to the world. Not a model of what services government should provide, but an example of government minding its own business and leaving its citizens to do whatever they want so long as it causes no injury to another individual.
Whether that is good for safety or the economy, I care not. Liberty is what matters, it is the reason for the creation of this republic. All else is secondary to freedom.

He ended up in another continent and was going the longest possible way.
No minimum wage in either nations. Low taxes, flat profit tax in Hong Kong. Semi-flat income tax in Hong Kong. Weak unions. Entrepreneurship is encouraged, business friendly environments. Large income disparity in Hong Kong. Libertarian social views in Hong Kong. Rule of law exists in both.
Singapore is more socially conservative. It outlaws pornography (but prostitution is legal), is tough on drugs, and will beat kids who vandalize property.
